First Blog of the Year

I wish I had enough TIME to do everything I wanted. I have the tools, I have the knowledge, and I have the passion to get them done. However, I fail to have enough time to ever complete them. This was most certainly a fact in 2007 but 2008 is different story….

My name is Savin. I’m a technological enthusiast (or “geek” as defined by Wikipedia.com). My purpose for this blog is to share my interest, opinions and knowledge about the INTERNET, TECHNOLOGY, ENTERTAINMENT and my LIFESTYLE. And please trust me, I have much to share.

I am a fulltime web consultant for a local website provider, and a part-time freelance photographer, web and graphic designer. Outside of my primary employment, I am also a loving boyfriend, a charismatic dog owner, an avid film/television viewer, a fair musician, a humdrum athlete, and an-all-out-all-American technological enthusiast. Needless to say, I don’t have a lot of time for anything else.

Today, I’d like to share with you my New Years 2008 resolution:

To complete (not just begin) that list of things in my head.

I write this as perhaps a bit of inspiration to you – be it losing weight, upgrading a part of your house, (or for me) finishing that website. We may not always have all the time in the world but having this list hanging over my shoulders puts the pressure on, and clearly stresses me out.

At this point of the year, I feel very motivated to accomplish many things on that list. If it requires you to comprise that list on a piece of paper, do what you must!

Nonetheless, I welcome you my savin.us to comment, discuss, argue and enjoy my blog. In closing, one of those items on this list is to makeover my Blog Site – and with the completion of this paragraph that is one item checked off my list.
