Hell's Kitchen Celebrity Chef

This weekend I attended the Sushi & Sake Festival in Long Beach, CA. It was held right on the dock of the QueenMary. The festival was a bit disappointing. There was 1Japanese beer booth, 1 Sake Tent, and 2 or 3 sushi tents (which all required you to pay in addition to your $21 admission ticket).



I was expecting at least a few complimentary tickets for sake and sushi taste testing! Fortunately, a few guest like Yuji Matsumoto (a Sake Sommelier) and Hell's Kitchen Reality Star (from Season 3) Aaron was there to liven up the crowd with a sake presentation and cooking demo! Great food all around and good times.
